Obinna Richfield-Anah

Obinna Richfield-Anah is a knowledge management expert born in 1979 to the family of Benjamin Anah. He currently works as Knowledge Management, Communications and Visibility Officer with African Ministers Council on Waters (AMCOW).
Early Life and Education
Obinna Richfield-Anah was born in Maiduguri, Borno State of Nigeria in 1979. He earned a bachelor's degree in library and information science from the University of Maiduguri in 2007 and a master's in organizational leadership from Oral Roberts University, Oklahoma, USA.
Career
He started his career in 2012 as a state communications and knowledge management specialist with UKAID Education sector support programme in Nigeria where he oversaw the development and implementation of state-based KM and Communications strategies. He joined African Ministers Council on Waters (AMCOW) in 2019 as a Knowledge mnanagement and information sharing officer and he was instrumental in the planning and coordinating the implementation of the AMCOW Knowledge Management and Information Sharing Strategy.
