Nouman Ali Khan is the founder and CEO of Bayyinah (an Islamic educational institution in the United States) as well as the lead instructor for a number of Bayyinah courses including the ‘Fundamentals of Classical Arabic’ and ‘Divine Speech’. Career Nouman Ali Khan's video on the September 2012 insults to Muhammad addressed the violent protests in various countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia in September 2012. The protests and attacks were in response to the inflammatory film, "Innocence of Muslims". The response video provided the perspective of a American Muslim gaining popularity on YouTube in part due to its presence on the front page of the website Reddit. |
