Northwood Mortgage is the first mortgage brokerage in Canada that offers special construction financing for non profit organizations that serve persons with disabilities, seniors, and their families. Northwood Mortgage was established in 1990. Services In partnership with Adaptability Canada, the Accessible Community Loan Program is based on a three-year term which allows non profits to make interest only payment in the first year. This program alleviates some financial pressure and allows non profit groups to focus on raising funds through different means during the second year of the term. Awards In 2015, Northwood Mortgage was nominated the Canadian Mortgage Award for Mortgage Brokerage of the Year 2014. |
