Norman Ali Bassam Khalaf (born 5 July 1962 in Saarbrücken, Germany) is a Palestinian-German zoologist, ecologist, geologist, author and publisher. He is the author of several books, and publisher of Gazelle: The Palestinian Biological Bulletin (). He discovered several animal species including Diaphorodoris olakhalafi, Trapania norakhalafae and Urocaridella renatekhalafae.
