Nonson Okpala also knwown as Chukusonso Machael Okpala born (1978) is a Nigerian entrepreneur who served as the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VFD Group, plc. Career Okpala's career started immediately after the completion of his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Ugun State, after which he returned to Lagos and started working with KPMG where he lef as a Senior Auditor, in 2008. He later joined UBA briefly before moving to BGL plc where he worked as a Technical Assistant to the then Executive Director. From where he joined the corporate Finance Team of the investment Company. He moved on to Heirs Holding as a Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Where he learned directly from Tony Olumelu before he joined VFD Group later 2015 pioneer CEO. Personal life Okpala contested for election into the office of the Students Union President, University of Nigeria when it was his third year and lost. He is married with children. |
