No taking pictures allowed is a law that is given to customers and of course visitors at stores such as Hot Topic Walmart Target Toysrus Or even Kmart The rule is known to help people understand why they are not allowed to take pictures anywhere at all because of the risk of either Police or Security
History
The rule for not taking pictures was given to both local stores shops and also the local shopping malls of course the law requires that if someone is taking pictures of someone they know or don't know. It can be illegal, In many states such as Canada Oregon and of course Hong Kong the use of cameras may be strictly prohibited, So visitors who are just visiting any store or place that they are going to cannot film nor take pictures as it's against the rules, For example some shops forbid the use of using cameras to take pictures and prohibit people from taking them. Because when a person decides to break the rule then the local shop owner may end up calling the Police or mall Security to deal with it. Of course in most states and countries, There may be signs that will say "No Flash Photography Allowed" in which a person is not allowed to take pictures inside or outside of the store.
The law therefore was given to local places after they found out that it may be a risk because of local Security inside shopping malls, The law also of course therefore requires the person not to take pictures and of course therefore allows them not to film inside local shopping plazas to where it can be taken seriously.
Punishment
A punishment may be carried out if someone takes pictures in a local mall without the owner's permission, But it may also be a crime, For example in China the store owners may not allow their shoppers to take pictures or photos inside of the place, The owner of course may not give them permission to take pictures or film because it may be against the law and it can lead to an arrest also in City Halls a person is not allowed to film or take pictures of the building and is not allowed to record public meetings that are private, They cannot also film meetings in local Town Halls without the owner's permission, If so it can lead to being arrested by the police and they may get 3 years in the local jail for it.
Property
Stores and shopping malls forbid the use of cameras for filming or taking pictures of their private or public property. Stores will not allow cameras to be used and therefore there are reasons and they may tell guests to leave the store, In places where security and police are, Cameras are certainly not allowed and can lead to being arrested, Police also do not like to be filmed and therefore taken pictures of which can lead to them taking the camera away from the person or arresting them. In circuses or even amusement parks cameras may be not be allowed and they may be taken away if someone takes pictures of private property, Also some comic shops or comic stores may prohibit the use of cameras as well meaning that they will not allow anybody to be taking pictures of their stuff without their permission,
