Nitish Sahni

Nitish Sahni (born 15 November 2000) is a technology entrepreneur, social activist and writer. Sahni founded the community service portal rvHuman.com, VarunTattva.com and co-founded a Gurgaon based children's initiative called Pure Hearts. Nitish is a Gurgaon native and is a student of the Shri Ram School, Moulsari. As part of his community efforts, he believes in a holistic approach to the society, and supports all causes through the multitudes of his initiatives such as health, environment, development, education and upliftment. He achieves his goals by collaborating with several NGOs, the fourth estate, agencies and the government.
He has been covered by numerous newspapers such as the Dainik Jagran, Navbharat Times, Times of India and DNAIndia and has appeared on ETV about his initiative rvHuman.com. Sahni was the winner of the Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards in 2015 from over 5000 children in India and was also invited and felicitated in Washington DC for his community efforts;<ref name="iw15"/><ref name="TOI15"/> wherein he presented his idea and shared his vision amongst honorees from other countries; Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Ireland, China and Brazil.
His main project rvHuman.com, is a portal which connects volunteers to NGOs, registered users can become aware of social or community service campaigns carried out by several NGOs across the world and volunteer towards their chosen initiatives. He believes that kindness should not be an act, but a lifestyle.
