Nina Belforte is an American actress and writer who made her theatrical debut in the critically acclaimed film, , starring Nicolas Cage, Alex Wolff and Adam Arkin. She is known for the films PIG and Wuthering Heights, a nominee for Best Ensemble at the 2020 Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema. Career and Activism She was previously the executive director of the public policy institute Council for Advocacy and Policy Solutions in the Washington, D.C. region, focusing on the creation of equitable policies in economic development, infrastructure, health and education, and amplifying the struggles of DACA individuals. Additionally, she worked for the Maryland Democratic Party where she campaigned for American Civil Rights Leader Ben Jealous, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, and U.S. Congressman David Trone.
