Started off his career as a VJ at MTV India. Hosted loads and loads and loads of shows on MTV and was successful in them. Been to various college campuses all across India with his fans dropping all over just to have a peek at someone who has inspired them a lot.

Ushered in a new wave of VJing into Indian VJing Scenario including hosting the ever popular call-in show on MTV, MTV Select. Nikhil took over the reins from Shenaz Treasurewalla and proved to be very very successful in this. Nikhil shared the same wavelength as .

Nikhil took up DJin of late and has proved his mettle as a commercial main stream DJ, celebrating the celebrity status by being Celebrity DJ for various Gig's all around the world including playing at the world acclaimed party island of IBIZA.
