Ngawang Tenzin Rinpoche

Ngawang Tenzin Rinpoche is a Bhutanese master in the Vajrayana Buddhism Drukpa Kagyu lineage.
He began Buddhist study at age five. By age sixteen, he was a dance master, and had memorized all the sacred manadala designs and chants.
He has over twenty eight years in spiritual retreat, in which he has attained great realizations through studying Buddhist Sutras and with intensive and deep meditation practice.

* Tshenyen Lopen at age 45 with responsibility for all Bhutanese monk's education.
* H.H. Dorje Lopen Rinpoche at age 50 to oversee the Bhutanese Drukpa Kagyu lineage monasteries and monks. Only those who have achieved the highest meditative realization within Vajrayana Buddhism obtain this title.
