NewFoundSpecFic

NewFoundSpecFic (New Found Speculative Fiction) is a digest-sized, perfect-bound, annual Canadian speculative fiction anthology edited by Devin Drover, specializing in putting out short stories, flash fiction and poetry of the science fiction, fantasy and horror genres.

Originally, NewFoundSpecFic was only open to submissions from Newfoundland, Canada but has since opened the submission guidelines to the rest of Canada. The second volume under these new guidelines will feature the work of Canadian authors such as John Brennan, Matthew Daniels, Dave Cherniak and Yeoryios Pantazis, and will be released at Sci-Fi on the Rock IV in St. John's, Newfoundland. This would be the magazine's second consecutive visit to Sci-Fi on the Rock.
According to a recent entry in their blog, NewFoundSpecFic has broken with their previous publishers. The most recent volume has been delayed, and the magazine seems to have reverted to its original annual status.
