Mortifer

Mortifer is a Manga by Brandi Buckingham referring to herself as Lover of Piggies. It takes place in a fictional world of Vampires and Demons and contains gore and foul language. It is currently on the one hand Published on a free Webcomic host side called "Smackjeeves" but also in two volumes, one featuring a Special Chapter not available free on 209 pages, 6.63" x 10.25", the other with a special featuring the characters answering questions the fans could ask them on the website, 210 pages, 6.63" x 10.25". The Third volume will be published soon, and is already available on the website for free.
Plot
Even now large parts of the plot are still shrouded in mystery. The plot of Mortifer develops slowly and suspenseful. It starts with a Mercenary firm called Sintech run by Vampires doubling as an exterminator company. After disposing of some untrustworthy clients, the Team of Joey von Krause is called to a meeting of the whole firm, where the President of Sintech, Vlademyre Hynner announces he is going to retire due to health reasons. After the mysterious Deaths of his concurrents Joey wins the Presidency. Soon he starts giving out strange orders under the Alias of Mortifer, letting only his closest coworkers know he is actually the president.
Characters
Joey von Krause
Joey van Krause is a Daemon from Hell. It is unknown weather thats even his real name, only thing known for sure is he surfaced while WWII raged in Germany as Johannes von Krause, naming himself Joey as he emigrated to Texas.
He is an extremely germaphobic and psychotic character. For once he always smiles, even while killing. He also likes to psychically abuse people locking them up or making them suffer just for the fun of it. His most common traits are his gloves he never takes off, and his eyepatch hiding the fact his right eye is not only missing, but a gaping hole.

The Leftways
The Leftways are a family of Vampires. A Family Feud is raging between the Leftways and another Family called Rightway. The reason could be their Names being antithetic, for as with many family feuds the reason it started is unknown. The Leftways appearing in Mortifer are the three brothers Matthew, Brandon and Valentine, whose mothers goal in life is to create as many kids as possible to fight in this Feud. She uses many men, and sends them to foster Families, so she has not to raise them herself till they are old enough to fight.

Brandon Leftway is half Vampire half Deamon, as the Reincarnation of Lucifer his Powers are Great, which gave him the possibility to openly stand up against the Feud. He is even engaged with a Rightway. Until now his Role in the Plot is not revealed.

Matthew Leftway, his identical twin is however just a normal Vampire. Being mistaken for Brandon gave him a huge inferiority complex. Always overshadowed he developed a violent temper and a sense of cruelty, finally causing him to go on a homicidal rampage. As he regained a grip over himself the terrified boy was discovered by Joey, who congratulated him for his quick killing skills and offered him a job at Sintech. He since then was trained into a merciless homicidal maniac. Most cynically emphasized by the common saying "Have fun, Matthew." being always a death sentence for people.

Valentine Leftway ,together with Joey the main Character, is a Vampire who works for once as a mercanary, but also as a prostitute and also sometimes in various other mini jobs, to pick up costumers and earn a little extra too, for he is totally obsessed with money, and will sometimes go into a state of reckless initiative if he senses an opportunity to obtain it. His hobby is to be a designer, and he tailors all his clothes himself. His Name originates of Valentines Day, his Birthday. He also after running away from his foster family was trained to kill by Joey, and together with Matthew now works as Joeys left hand.

Kole
Kole is a real Daemon, just like Joey. She is a cheerful and merry person, who appeared at the Park one Day, and is the only one allowed to touch Joey with her bare skin.

Myrith McRain
A human Hacker being a prisoner of Joey tracing criminals for him. Captured at the so called Masterball he is chained to his chair in front of his Computer. He himself is really rich, having robbed millions of dollars via internet, which still is not really helpful in his situation.

Leonest
He is a Drug dealer with an obsession about Daemons. He developed a rage of mutagens, giving him the appearance of a Transformed Daemon, including foot long Claws and a Stegosaurus-like tail. However he can still master Everyday situations skillfully, even if it looks rather clumsy.He is a loner and a serious quiet person.
