Modissa is a digital music aggregator and distributor in the MENA region, founded in 2017 by Sherif Montasser and owned by Dozzan Music Group. The company is headquartered in Giza, Egypt.
Modissa distributes, manages and markets Arabic music content globally online through all digital stores and streaming platforms and offline through terrestrial radio and television, with the aim to enhance the presence of the artists in the region, deliver their content to music listeners around the world and protect their digital rights.
Modissa works closely with Sout El-Hob Entertainment which is also one of the companies Dozzan Music Group owns, where Sout El-Hob Entertainment acquires exclusive rights to market and distribute the music content of many of the artists and new singing talents in the Arab world, while Modissa distributes, manages and markets this content through all digital stores and streaming platforms worldwide, including YouTube, Anghami, Spotify, iTunes, Deezer, Amazon, Google Play, Apple Music, Tidal, and more.
