History
Mobispine was a Value Added Services (VAS) company, provides services for operators and end users. The services including eSMS (Executive Short Message System) service enabling users to send messages from PCs to mobile phones and aggregation of news and content via its Really Simple Syndication (RSS) based news reader.
Corporate headquarters was in Stockholm, Sweden, with development offices in Cluj, Romania and Kiev, Ukraine. Currently it employs 25 people, and the organization is constantly growing.
In 2011 the company sold its carrier segment to Soprano Design, an Australian company,<ref name="Jojka-about"/> with Soprano Design acquiring the overseas offices. The remaining Mobispine company was focused the Swedish market, and the main product was SMS4PC.
In 2012 the company changed its name from Mobispine AB to Jojka Communications AB.<ref name"Jojka-about"/><ref name"FT"/>
Products
Products also come in line with iPhone MMS sending and receiving and also User Generated Content products that the mobile operators can benefit from.
