Mobile Entree is commercial software for Microsoft SharePoint produced by H3 Solutions Incorporated. Mobile Entree can be used by software developers to extend SharePoint applications to a smartphone. A list of supported smart phones are outlined in the . All users can manipulate proprietary controls called "web parts" or interact with pieces of SharePoint content such as lists and document libraries. Technical Overview The Mobile Entree UI is accessed through a mobile web interface in a browser that allows mobile applications developed within the framework to be deployed on a smartphone. The software utilizes browsers already installed on mobile devices. Mobile Entree includes CSS styles and HTML structures for the following OS/browser configurations: * Windows Mobile 5.5 / IE * Windows Mobile 6.x / IE, Opera 9.5 * iPhone 2.x / Safari * iPhone 3.x / Safari * BlackBerry 4.5 / (built-in browser) * BlackBerry 4.6 / (built-in browser) * BlackBerry 4.7 / (built-in browser) * Palm webOS 1.0.2 Feature set Installation Installed as a SharePoint solution and scalable across a server farm.
