Miskawaan Luxury Beachfront Villas

Miskawaan is a collection of beachfront villas on Ko Samui's north shore, Mae Nam. Ko Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 35 km northeast of Surat Thani town (9°N, 100°E). The island measures some 25 km at its widest point. Ko Samui is surrounded by about sixty other islands that compose the Ang Thong Marine National Park (Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park).
History
Villa Baan Tamarind, built in 2000, was the first of Miskawaan’s properties and is located on Bangrak Beach. After its success, an additional 14,400 square meters were acquired in Maenam. The project of 8 new villas started in 2004 and was finished by 2006. Miskawaan opened its door in 2007.
Miskawaan has its own management team that runs all aspects of the operation. Currently, Miskawaan is developing 2 more villas on the beach of Maenam that will be the largest of their properties. International Project Services (Asia) is undertaking the construction and expected to complete by February 2013.
Location
Miskawaan is located on Maenam beach, Ko Samui, Thailand. Maenam beach is 7 km long on the north coast of Ko Samui and has an excellent view of Koh Pha Ngan island. Miskawaan is 15 minutes away by car from Samui Airport and 20 minutes from Chaweng. .
Villas
Miskawaan has eight beachfront properties. The villas occupancy ranges from three to six bedrooms and sleeps six to twelve. The Villas are designed towards modern Western lifestyles with accents of Asian forms and motifs. Each villa comes with a villa manager and one villa housemaid. Guests can also request a personal chauffeur or an experienced masseuse, if desired.
All villas include their own private swimming pool and outdoor pavilions/covered area. Guests can order from an In-Villa Dining Menu, which includes Chef service, where a chef will personally come to the villa and prepare the ordered meal. Miskawaan also provides a fully equipped gym 200 meters from the villas for all the villas’ guests.
