Mikko S. Niemelä

Mikko S. Niemelä (born December 23, 1985) is the CEO of CyberIntelligence House (formerly Kinkayo), a cyber threat intelligence agency based in Singapore. He is also the founder and chairman of Silverskin, a cyber attack company. Niemelä has been ranked as one of the Top 100 Cybersecurity Influencers by Onalytica in 2015 and has written a book called Anatomy of a Cyberattack.
Education and career
Niemelä founded Silverskin in Finland while pursuing his degree in computer science, and then established Cyber Intelligence House in 2015 to help organizations and individuals detect and monitor their cyber exposure. In his career, he has dealt with cyber defence, security testing, incident response and digital forensics, information system audit and exploit development.<ref name=":1" />
Prior to starting his own ventures, he trained personnel at INTERPOL, armed forces and intelligence agencies.<ref name":1" /> He was also the program director for cyber security manager program at the University of the Free State in South Africa.<ref name":0" />
