Michael Vincent Doyle (born 1942) is Professor Emeritus of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. Doyle has over 30 years of experience teaching speech, English composition, broadcasting and public relations. Doyle is also interested in movie theatre history, advertising, and architecture. He is a consultant and lecturer on historical Hollywood films, theatres and memorabilia. He worked for Loeks Theatres, hosting the classic film series at their Lansing, Michigan, theatres. He has published four books: *Gerald R. Ford: Selected Speeches *The American West On Film *Michigan Movie Theatres: A Pictorial History *Boxoffice Open: Michigan Small Town Movie Theatres Doyle has published over 50 articles, resource guides, and professional papers. Doyle has hosted numerous television, cable, and radio programs including MSU Panorama (WJIM-TV, Lansing, Michigan) and Tempo (East Lansing, Michigan public-access television cable TV). He broadcasts Mike Doyle's Best on Live365 Internet radio.
