Michael Mazochi

Michael Mazochi (born July 5, 1982) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and producer from Wappingers Falls, New York.
In 2006 Mazochi won Folk Album of the Year ("California Bound") and Male Singer/Songwriter of the Year at the LA Music Awards.
In 2007 Mazochi was included in A Prairie Home Companion's Talented 20s: Top of the Heap and he released "Volume 1 : Until My Teeth Turn Into Sand".
In 2008 Mazochi's song "Tonight" was featured in the final season of "The Shield"
In 2010 Mazochi's song "Oh My My" was featured on season 3 of True Blood.
In 2011 Mazochi's song "Lonely Key" (When You're Not Here) was featured on Gossip Girl.
In 2012-2013 a number of Mazochi's songs were featured on "Hart of Dixie"
In 2013 "Teenage Dream" which was written and performed by Mazochi was included in an international ad campaign by Coca-Cola. The song was featured in a commercial for the campaign and included in a compilation released to Itunes and Spotify by Coca-Cola. Mazochi was also featured on the companies website in an interview about the song.
In 2014 Mazochi's song "The Long Road of Despair" was featured on "New Girl" and Mazochi was nominated for Singer/Songwriter of the year and Album of the year ("Love & Taxidermy") under his band name "The Von Furs"
In 2015 Mazochi released "EP 1" under his name and the music video for "Put Up A Fight" by his band The Von Furs was released.
