Michael Dargaville is a poet, performance punk poet, avant garde novelist, journalist, philosopher, visual and performance artist, alternative healer/transpersonal psychologist, publisher and punk singer/musician who has published more than 50 books/pamphlets of poetry, four novels and works of philosophy and journalism. He is well known in the international Underground music and punk scene for his strong language in the vein of American counter culture novelists Kathy Acker and Henry Miller. His famous CUNT poem, a long 20 page feminist poem, caused a sensation in the international Underground when first performed and published in 1994. Originally from Australia he has since worked mainly in China and Asia for the past 12 years and has been a professor at three Chinese universities and eight other institutions there. He has also worked widely as an underground/alternative journalist and writes extensively for many publications around the world on the alien agenda and has published widely in New Age journals. His academic work has appeared widely and his well known book The New Idealism: The Science and Philosophy of the New Age is now widely regarded as a New Age classic, carrying on the work of Sheldon Nidle, Lisa Royale, Joshua Stone, David Icke, Barbara Maciniak, Virginia Essene, Jelaila and many others who have promoted alien exposure. For the past 30 years he has performed in famous punk bands around the world including the Queer ensemble C.U.N.T which came out of the Australian Underground music scene in the 1990s. He subsequently took this sound to Asia and China and has since performed widely in many countries as a performance poet and singer. He has been especially associated with the Jazz Punk and Folk Punk movements. His radical and obscene poetry has been directed as a political bomb against what he terms the ruling fascist culture of New York Times, London Guardian lies. As a performance punk poet, he has performed in London, Beijing, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries. His work as a philosopher has expanded on the Physics of Consciousness which is now declaring matter is being made of a mind substance and his many articles and books have promoted this looking at physicist David Bohm's theory of implicate order, systems theory, Geoffrey Chew's bootstrap theory and Paul Davies' superstring theory. His PhD is called The New Idealism, which interprets quantum theory from a philosophical idealistic notion, or the philosophical premise that mind produces matter. He has also worked on a new theory called Super Energy, (which is simply mind faster than light) which was posited by the British New Age physicist David Ash, which claims Mind is not only producing matter but is also faster than the speed of light. This theory purports to explain paranormal feats such as teleportation claimed by the famous Indian guru Sai Baba, and alien space travel. Dargaville has also been involved with alternative cancer treatment and wrote a 50,000 word thesis from Sydney University in 1989 looking at meditation as cancer treatment as promoted by Australian Ian Gawler who claimed to have cured his lung cancer and helped thousands of other cancer patients to use meditation. Dargaville has introduced this method into China and Asia. He continues to perform widely around the world, although he avoids the United States of America on the basis of what he classifies as its continual crimes against humanity. Currently he divides his time between Polynesian countries in Oceania and Asia. His radical poetry has been taught in American, Australian and Chinese universities and he has been committed to underground publishing for the promotion of his work. Dargaville says he is a committed socialist and claims to work for the Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation of Aliens who are purported to be surrounding this planet in spaceships demanding a world socialist government led by China and India. In recent years Dargaville has traveled extensively through China propagating the New Age movement and giving seminal punk performances of his radical poetry and music.
