Merry Messy Christmas (MMC) is an annual event held in Charlottetown PEI.
History
MMC was first held at the Dundee Arms, in December 2005. It was originally hosted by Dave & Luke. In 2010, the location was changed to Simple Pleasures Catering. The roster of hosts has evolved over the years. In 2011, the primary hosts are Todd & Paul.
Customs and Traditions
Past and present customs of MMC include the following:
* Distribution of ceremonial invitations
* A gathering at Markham's for eggnog and good cheer
* Assembling at an establishment for dinner and good cheer
* A video, compiled of photos/clips from years past
