Meerang Mahum (English: Spider Web) is a 2014 romantic Manipuri film directed by Ajit Ningthouja and produced by Olivia Shija, under the banner of Hensana Films. It stars Rajkumar Kaiku, Bala Hijam and Bonium Thokchom in the lead roles. Biju Ningombam, Nandakumar, Hamom Sadananda, Prameshwori, Loken, Modhubala, Y. Kumarjit, R.K. Hemabati, Gaitri, Brajalal are playing supporting roles. The story and screenplay of the film was written by Herojit Naoroibam. Sorri Senjam composed the soundtrack and Ajit Ningthouja wrote the lyrics. Meerang Mahum was released at Bhagyachandra Open Air Theatre (BOAT), Imphal, on 29 June 2014 on the occasion of Rath Yatra. The film is of romantic plus action oriented genre with a tint of comic elements too interwoven in a very interesting way. Shooting Principal photography and shooting of the film began in December 2013. Soundtrack Sorri Senjam composed the soundtrack for the film and Ajit Ningthouja wrote the lyrics. The songs are titled Chaisillaklo and Mikup Khuding Yengningba Shaktam.
