History
MBK Rental Living began operations in 2014. The company is backed by Mitsui & Co. which is one of the largest corporate groups in the world.

Operations
MBK Rental Living develops new high-end luxury apartments in many cities throughout California. MBK Rental Living is known for their luxury amenities including high end recreation centers, high interior and exterior specifications and attention to detail. MBK Rental Living installs energy efficient products that exceed California's already strict environmental standards. This includes solar carports, electric vehicle charging stations, front loading energy efficient washing machines, drought tolerant landscaping.
