At about 2:45(CDT) A shower develops near Duncan moving North east eventually turning into a severe thunderstorm, and about a hour later after the development of the shower it turns into a tornado warning. Staying on the ground for somewhere from 30-45 minutes killing 1-2 people. By the time the tornado reached Pontotoc county it was a 1-1.5 mile wide wedge. This tornado was upgraded to an Ef4 on May 11th 2016. After a few minutes on the ground it may have turned into a multiple vortex.Staying on the ground for somewhere from 30-45 minutes killing 1-2 people. This tornado was upgraded to an Ef4 on May 11th 2016. |
