Tackling Everyday Life
James, along with his brother Matt Farrior are actively involved in several charitable organizations and have been recognized for their contributions and actions. The two brothers created The James Farrior Foundation, and through the foundation the brothers provide guidance for students through their Impact 51 program, provide college financial assistance to eligible students with the Farrior Scholarship Fund, and provide assistance to families with the Familys in Crisis program. In addition to their own organization, James and Matt work with the National Bone Marrow Registry. For these and other contributions to those less fortunate, the Farrior Foundation was given the Key to the City of Richmond, VA by mayor Dwight C. Jones.
