Mati Fusi (born 16 June 1982 in Nauru) is a Tuvaluan former footballer. Club career Fusi played from 1990 for Nauru. From 1999-2002, he played for Lautoka F.C. Between 2002 and 2011 he played for Tofaga A, and was assistant coach in 2011. Since July 2012, Fusi has been the assistant manager of the Tuvalu national under-17 football team. International career Fusi was capped four times by the Tuvalu national football team at the 2007 . Managing career Since 2012, Fusi is the manager of FC Tofaga. In July 2019, Fusi, as the head coach of Tuvalu's national football team, presided over a 1-1 tie with American Samoa in the Pacific Games.
