One of Italy's all time greatest cricketers he made his debut in first cricket match during their 1984 tour of England. Rappresented Italy for over a decade he last played for the National team at the 1997 ICC Trophy in Malaysia picking up 2 wickets for 35 runs in 10 overs against East and Central Africa.
