Marsha Ramos is an American politician from California. Ramos is a former mayor of Burbank, California. She served two non-consecutive terms as mayor, she served from 2004 to 2005, and then again from 2007 to 2008. Early life Ramos was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2015, Ramos became a member of the board of directors of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Awards * 2017 Women of the Year from .
