Marlon Charles West (born March 11, 1963) is an effects animation supervisor at Walt Disney Animation Studios. West graduated from University City Senior High School, University City, Missouri. He won a 2017 Annie Award in Outstanding Achievement, Animated Effects in an Animated Production for his work on Moana, following a previous nomination 16 years earlier. West won along with Erin V. Ramos, Blair Pierpont, Ian J. Coony and John M. Kosnik.
