Marc Edelman

Marc Edelman is a law professor and sports business expert, known for his writings on antitrust law and the fantasy sports industry. Edelman is frequently cited by the media regarding the Sherman Act, and how it applies to litigation within the professional sports leagues.

Edelman is a professor at the Barry University School of Law and teaches during the summers at Fordham Law School and Seton Hall Law School. Edelman also has taught as a visiting professor at Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

National Football League, which ESPN's Lester Munson has called "the leading law review article on the issue," and a 2012 article in the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law that defines the current legal treatment of fantasy sports leagues.
