Manoj Badale is an Indian entrepreneur in the poultry business. He is the founder of Indian Chickens and National Cock which were later bought the Aditya Birla Group.
Early Life
Manoj Badale was born in 1970 in Shathal village of Harayana, 20 km from Panipat. Despite the handicap of no formal education, at the age of 20, in 1990, Badale started a small scale poultry industry with the help of local NGO Sahyog.
Achievements
His companies grew at a rapid pace and in 1995, he sold them off to the Aditya Birla Group, which amalgamated them in their business. In recognition of his business acumen, he was awarded the Gram Sarvada Award.
