Manfredi Aliquò (born June 12, 1958) is an Italian actor and voice actor who is best known for voicing Apu Nahasapeemapetilon in the Italian dubbed version of The Simpsons. Biography Born in Rome, Aliquò attended the and began acting on stage during the early 1980s. He has taken part in events such as Festival dei Due Mondi and he has starred in plays directed by Aldo Trionfo, Pino Quartullo and Gabriele Lavia, among others. On screen, Aliquò is well known for portraying Castor in the historical drama television series Rome and he also made appearances in Un commissario a Roma, ' and many more. He even made at least five film appearances. As a voice actor, Aliquò is renowned for providing the Italian voice of Apu Nahasapeemapetilon in The Simpsons and has dubbed characters in over 50 films.
