Manah Sharif

History: Manah Sharif is one of the prominent places in Pakistan. In 1901 its name was Mina Sharif and after 1930 it become Manah Sharif.The foundation of this region was based here by who died in 1886 and later on this name continues due to his reference.
Location: It is located in District Muzaffargarh District and Tehsil Kot addu.
Prominent: It is prominent due to many reasons but particularly the first murder in Pakistan happened here.
Demography: In this region, different people belonging to Balouch, Syed, and other minor tribes live here.
Crops: The main Crops of this region are Wheat, Rice, Sugar Cane, Cotton and Corn.
Weather: The weather of this region is somewhat hot but due to plenty of trees this seems good while in Hot also.
People: The people of Manah Sharif are very hospitable but less hard working due to the lack of industries and any other place to concentrate.
Business: The main business in this region is the supply of consumable goods and to an extent garments and oil due to agricultural use.
Products: The main Products of Manah Sharif are:
1. Wheat
2. Rice
3. Gur (Yellow bundle of Sugar produced by the farmers themselves)
4. Honey
5. Fishes
6. Handy crafts
7. Timber
Demography: This region contains near about 70 to 80% literate people and the income level in this region is below the average point. There is a mix of older and elder people, it means no extreme edge of any age.
