History Margaret "Maggie" Evelyn Larson, one of the pioneers of the real estate industry in the Mammoth Lakes area, formed the venture in 2011 and has since developed over 30,000,000 square feet (2,800,000 m2) of commercial and residential space, including more than 4,200,000 square feet (390,000 m2) of joint venture developments.
