Mai VÅ© Minh is a former Vietnamese member of the Parliament (National Assembly), billionaire investor, and philanthropist. Minh also collaborated with the governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, and Dubai on investment initiatives. Career He is the chairman of the board of directors of SATAS Group and Sapa Thale Group, a global financial conglomerate with diversified interests in finance, technology, and real estate. He has invested over US$15 billion in private financial institutions and governments. In 2016 he was elected as a people's deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam and served in the economics committee. In 2018, he signed a bilateral investment cooperation agreement with the Dubai Investment Development Agency (DUBAI FDI) and the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA). Minh also collaborated with the governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, and Dubai on various investment initiatives. In 2019, he met with Bosnia and Herzegovina President Milorad Dodik, Serbia Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, and Sprska President Zeljka Cvijanovic as part of the "Bilateral investment cooperation between SAPA THALE group and the government and leading businesses of Bosnia - Herzegovina" program. Minh has met more than 30 top global leaders, such as Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau, Russian president Vladimir Putin, U.S. president Donald Trump, and Chinese president Xi Jinping.
