Madan Singh Rathore, also known as Maddi Sir or simply Maddi, is a football couch from Haryana, India.. For several decades, he voluntarily runs free daily football training sessions around the city in various changing grounds around the Hissar city in Haryana.
He spots the young football talent in the games period in schools and encourages them to come to the training ground for the daily practice. He has encouraged many national and international level players from Hissar city including Mandeep Singh me to take up football. He is well known among the sports persons, footballers and students of the Hisar city.
