Maalosi Alefaio (born 19 January 1993 in Auckland) is a Tuvaluan footballer who currently plays for Te Atatu. Personal life To be parents are born on Tuvalu and emigrated to New Zealand. Maalosi is the cousin of Semese Alefaio who plays for Nauti. Club career Maalosi played in 2010 for the Oratia United First Team in the NFF Championship and the Under 19s team that competed in the AFF/NFF Premier division under 19s Championship. He also attended the Napier National Competition with this under 19s squad. At the end of the 2010 season he attended the Waitakere United Youth squad trials. Maalosi played in 2011 again for Oratia United. At the end of the 2011 season he attended the Waitakere United Youth squad trials where he secured a place in the Waitakere United squad that competed in the National Youth League. This season Maalosi started the season with the Oratia United First Team but recently transferred to Te Atatu. |
