Luca Manolache (17 May 2005 - 28 February 2025) was a Romanian football midfielder that played for FCSB, and . Career Being a promising youth player with appearances for Romania at junior level, he was soon signed by Romanian giants FCSB, for which he played 1 senior match and several youth matches, before being loaned to Liga II teams to gain experience. Death Manolache died from a ruptured aorta on 28 February 2025, at age 19. He'd drowned in his own stomach acid according to doctors, & he had no clear diagnosis and was not training or playing for several months prior to the incident. |
