Low Hartburn is a housing development within the borough of Stockton-on-Tees and the ceremonial county of County Durham, England. It is located to the south of Parkfield, Stockton-on-Tees. Low Hartburn is a small residential estate built in the early 2000s close to neighbouring office, retail and industrial business sites. The site was initially developed during the early 2000s the residential areas have expanded south to take over the old Head Wrightson Eaglescliffe Iron Works. South of the Low Hartburn development a further area of Parkfield & Oxbridge on the site of the Visqueen plastics factory was developed as Queensgate in the 2010s. Low Hartburn is located close to amenities such as a Lidl Supermarket, Van Mildert Park, and a small industrial area. Low Hartburn is bordered by the railway lines to the south and west, and east, with a disused line to the North. Innovation Court is a small business park located south of Low Hartburn in the neighbouring Queensgate development, alongside Hartwell School which is located at Innovation House - a 1950s office block which has been extensively refurbished in 2019.
