Loren Landow is an American Football trainer who currently serves as the head strength and conditioning coach for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). Landow spent the last 10 years as the owner and director of Landow Performance, a sports training center in Centennial, Colo. He has trained thousands of athletes during his career, including more than 700 professional athletes associated with the NFL, NHL, MLB, UFC, WNBA and Olympics. Early years Landow attended the University of Northern Colorado, where he graduated in 1996 with a degree in kinesiology and an emphasis in exercise science. Career Landow was the director of ISSD at Colorado Athletic Club Inverness in Englewood from 1996-2003. He then worked as the director of sports performance for Velocity Sports Performance in Englewood, Colo. from 2003-07. In 2008, Landow opened his own performance center in Centennial, Colorado called Landow Performance. Landow is an expert on biomechanics and maximizing athletic performance. He developed the ACL prevention program and the ACL return to sport protocols for the world-renowned Steadman Hawkins Clinic. Landow is an MAT (muscle activation technique) Certified Specialist and is working toward RTS (resistance training specialist) Mastery Level. A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through USA Weightlifting, he has earned advanced credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals (AAHFP).
