Liz Leffman is an English businesswoman and politician who is chair of the English Liberal Democrats, the state party within the federal Liberal Democrats that operates in England. She was the Liberal Democrat candidate for Witney in the 2005 general election, the by-election held in 2016 following the resignation of David Cameron from the House of Commons and in the 2017 general election. She was elected to West Oxfordshire District Council in 2012, where she is deputy leader of the Liberal Democrat group; and to Oxfordshire County Council in 2017, taking the seat from the Conservative council's previous deputy leader Rodney Rose.
