3rd Street Saints

wears purple clothes. specializing in gang warfare in an attempt to take over the city from the other gangs. The Saints are led by Julius Little (Keith David), with lieutenants Johnny Gat (Daniel Dae Kim), Dex (J.A.Q), and Troy Bradshaw (Michael Rapaport) backing him up. Lin (Tia Carrere) works undercover to infiltrate the Rollerz and Aisha (Sy Smith) is a singer from Saints Row signed on with the Vice Kings' record label, Kingdom Come Records. The Saints headquarter is a derelict church in a run-down residential area on East side of Stilwater. The gang also appears to have been based apon the Chicago-based Gangster Disciples.

Los Carnales

Primarily made up of hispanics whering red clothes, Los Carnales specialize in arms and drug trafficking. Hector Lopez (Joaquim de Almeida) leads the gang while his brother Angelo Lopez (Freddy Rodríguez) is his right-hand man(after hector die he is the boss); he is dating Luz Avalos (Andrea Zafra) at the game's onset. Victor Rodriguez (Phillip Anthony Rodriquez) is their enforcer, and Manuel Orejuela (Carlos Ferro) is the contact between the Carnales and the Colombian drug lords. The Carnales operate primarily out of the region around the airport and the run-down industrial areas of Stilwater. The gang appears to have been loosely based on the Norteños.
dex is verry important on not to call them the los carnales.

Vice Kings

The Vice Kings are a mix of African-Americans and caucasians. the gangs activitys include prostitusion and protection racket. The gang is led by Benjamin King (Michael Clarke Duncan) with the assistance of ex-hip hop artist Warren "EZ Money" Williams (Ogie Banks the 3rd) and bodyguard Anthony 'Big Tony' Green (Terrence Carson). Tanya Winters (Mila Kunis) is a prostitute who hooked up with Anthony and worked her way into running the prostitution ring. The Vice Kings' gang colors are yellow. The Vice Kings' main territory is the opulent commercial/downtown area, home to big business, museums and exclusive shopping areas. They most-likely derive from the Chicago-based Vice Lords and Latin Kings street gang, which is primarily African-American and Hispanic, and whose official colors also include yellow, gold, and red.

West Side Rollerz

Specializing in illegal racing, the West Side Rollerz are composed of Asian-Americans and caucasians, and dress in blue. The gang is run by Joseph Price (Greg Sims) and financed by William Sharp (David Carradine), Price's uncle. Donnie (Andrew Kishino) is their expert mechanic. The Rollerz operate from the northwest area of Stilwater, encompassing expensive suburban housing as well the area round the Stilwater stadium.

The Sons of Samedi

They are based in the new trailer park district of Stilwater.
Gang members are primarily of Caribbean descent.
Their gang color is green. They specialize in the drug business.

The Brotherhood of Stilwater

The Brotherhood are a biker gang and wear red.
The Brotherhood is based on the Aryan Brotherhood. They specialize in destruction and violence.

The Ronin

They are an Asian gang, and mainly hail from Chinatown.
The gang's color is yellow. thers curently not much informatinon about them.

Colombian drug lords
saints row

spezializing in drugs.
their is only one known member of the colombian druglords, that man is Manuel Orejuela (Carlos Ferro).
at first they are allied with the carnales, but when the main character kill hector lopez they allie with the saints.
