List of conservative United States legal figures

This is a list of conservative American legal figures, including Supreme Court justices, members of other federal and state courts, executive branch legal figures, and prominent legal scholars. They believe in conservative judicial philosophy, which usually include judicial restraint, respect for precedence, textualism, originalism and opposition to judicial activism. Many of them are members of the conservative Federalist Society.
