Journalism career
Lisa Snowden-McCray was born in Maryland and has been reporting in Baltimore since 2003. She attended Towson University. She was on staff at City Paper, prior to its closing in 2017. The revival launched in November 2017 but was forced to shut down again after four months of operation due to lack of funding.
