Lily Wilder

Lily Wilder (born 2017) is a British girl who is known as one of the world's youngest finder of a Dinosaur footprint.
In January 2021, while walking with his father Richard Wilder, she found a 215 to 220-million years old dinosaur footprint at Bendricks Bay in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. She was just four years old at the time of the discovery.
Experts believe the footprint was most likely left by a dinosaur (Grallator) that stood about 75 centimeters (29.5 inches) tall and 2.5 meters (about 8 feet) long and walked on its two hind feet.
The scientists called the girl's discovery "the finest impression of a 215 million-year-old dinosaur print found in Britain in a decade". Adela Suliman from NBC News called it "a big discovery."<ref name=":2" />
Shortly after the announcement of discovery by Lily's mother on Facebook, the National Museum of Wales was in touch with the Wilder family, and officials have since retrieved the print and put it in the museum.<ref name":0" /><ref name":3" /> Cindy Howells, the curator of the museum, described it as “one of the best-preserved examples from anywhere in the UK” and said it “will really aid palaeontologists to get a better idea about how these early dinosaurs walked.”<ref name=":1" />
