Lifelight is a fictional computer system from the book series The Pendragon Adventure by D.J. MacHale. Its first appearance is in The Reality Bug, the fourth book in the series. It was designed by Dr. Zetlin on Veelox. In The Reality Bug, it was an incredibly lifelike virtual reality computer system that was so addicting and powerful, the society of Veelox were almost entirely destroyed by it. When Bobby Pendragon first arrives, the territory seems to be a victory for Saint Dane. However, with help from fellow Travelers Loor and Aja Killian, they seemingly take it back with use of the Reality Bug, a computer virus that feeds on our dreams and makes them less-than-perfect. The Reality Bug mutates out of control, and threatens to consume the real world before the Travelers can stop it. The Lifelight pyramid was shut down in the struggle to keep the Reality Bug inside Lifelight. Lifelight was put back online after Dr. Sever (Saint Dane in disguise) promises to continue. In The Pilgrims of Rayne, the Lifelight pyramids had become hideouts for Flighters. Also, Saint Dane used them to hide the D.A.D.O.s.
