LaVerne Y. Adekunle

LaVerne Y. Adekunle born Laverne Carr ( 1957) is an author, motivational speaker, multi-media personality and event organizer and hold book awards USA Book and the International Book Awards(2011) for the journal ,The World’s Luckiest Journal which won the Spiritual-Journal category published by Xlibris (2011).And also The American Biographical Institute and Who’s Who Worldwide have both named LaVerne among the “2000 Notable American Women” for the year 1995.
LaVerne has written 5 Ebooks and 2 published books. And her first anthology book written with eight friends was released January 2009 Who Said It’s As Easy to Be Rich As It Is To Be Poor which was published by XpressYourself. LaVerne award-winning journal, The World’s Luckiest Journal won the Spiritual-Journal category published by Xlibris (2011). The journal was listed in the USA Book Awards and the International Book Awards (2011)
She currently hosts and co-produces a show called "LaVerne Make It or Break It" thru Hearon Media Network which started in January 2012. LaVerne Make It or Break It, features products, pop culture and celebrity news, movie reviews, music, and motivational advice.
LaVerne has been featured in magazines and the cover girl of summer 2011; she has been profiled in Magazine2011 and 2012.
