The very first numbers refer to the watershed of the main river (nn.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), the next digits indicate the second level waterway (xx.nnn.xxx.xxx.xxx) and the third digits the third level waterway (xx.xxx.xxx.nnn.xxx) and fourth digits the lake itself (xx.xxx.xxx.xxx.nnn).
