Kosmic, formerly Kosmicd12, is an American speedrunner and Twitch streamer. Kosmic has been active on Twitch and in the speedrunning community for over 10 years. Kosmic has held the world record for the 1985 video game Super Mario Bros., both in any% and various category extensions, numerous times. Kosmic became the first speedrunner to complete the any% category of Super Mario Bros. In 4 minutes and 55 seconds, setting that record on September 25, 2018, with a time of 4:55.913. Kosmic has also participated in various speedrunning events such as Games Done Quick, including in 2017, where he competed in a warpless run of Super Mario Bros. with fellow speedrunners Darbian and AndrewG.
