KnowledgeAdvisors is an American learning and talent analytics company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. KnowledgeAdvisors provides a cloud-based analytics system called Metrics that Matter®, which helps organizations measure and improve their talent development programs.
Corporate History
KnowledgeAdvisors was founded in 1999 by Kent Barnett. Kent believed the training industry lacked the solutions necessary to measure and express the real impact training has on organizational performance. So Kent generated a team of business and learning measurement experts to develop a solution capable of measuring and expressing the impact learning has on an organization. This group eventually developed KnowledgeAdvisors' unique measurement solution, Metrics that Matter®. Today, KnowledgeAdvisors is the world's largest provider of learning and talent measurement solutions, with clients representing many of the world's leading organizations.
Metrics that Matter (MTM)
Metrics that Matter is an internet software application that provides comprehensive analytic solutions, including dashboards and reports to help companies clearly and concisely see the full impact of their training and other talent management programs. MTM can be used stand-alone or integrated with company learning management systems and other HR and financial systems, helping gather information about the impact of company training and talent analytics processes. MTM helps organizations measure and improve their talent development programs, driving improved productivity, reduced administrative costs, and increased return on their learning investments. Currently, MTM is the only analytics system in the world that automates learning levels 1-5.
